Infant Program
Baby and Me: Age 6 months to 3 years
Goal: Beginning Swim Skills
- Establish underwater comfort
- Establish a relaxed back float (assisted)
- Introduce breathing and swimming
- Introduce roll from front to back float
Pre-Stroke School
Strokes for Tots: Age 6 months to 5 years
Strokes for Tots: Level One
Goal: Roll from front glide to a stable back float (assisted)
- Establish underwater comfort
- Assisted front float with proper head position, arms reaching to instructor/ stairs
- Supported, relaxed back float position
- Assisted roll from front glide to back float
- Beginning flutter kick

Strokes for Tots: Level Two
Goal: Independent roll from front glide to stable back float with kicking on front

Stroke School: Age 3 and up
Beginner Stroke School
